Another version of my Orange chiffon cake, dressed simply in Orange Cointreau fresh cream. It's called an Orange Blossom cake not because of any orange blossom water in it (I didn't have any at hand!), but because the candied orange slices were arranged in a 'blossom' design on top of the cake.
I was glad for the last minute decision to add blueberries between the layers, as it paired wonderfully with the orange flavour and prevented the cake from being a one-note orange confection.
